This half-day symposium composed of five 20-minute talks outlines when
and how it makes economic sense to preserve older buildings. The symposium
examines the financial repercussions of green renovations in the context
of the historic and aesthetic appeal of our homes and neighborhoods.
Speakers present perspectives from a variety of professions and organizations—
architecture, architectural education, sustainability engineering, preservation,
and historical commissions.
